CMS is a national occupational health and services provider who operate throughout Australia. They also hold a strong involvement within the Aged Care sector.
Challenges:
Due to the nature of the business that the client operates in. There was a huge amount of administrative duties that needed completing on a daily basis.​​ This was putting a great strain on the internal teams who held numerous responsibilities elsewhere. It was also becoming inefficient in regards to cost.

Being a mid-sized company, outsourcing a whole department wasn't as cost effective as the client had initially thought. They had also found it a challenge to find a service provider who could align perfectly with their needs.

With the new offshore team established. The client's internal team were able to alleviate pressure by handing over many of their time consuming administrative duties. By choosing to move a portion of theses tasks to the outsourced team the client also managed to reduce their monthly outgoings in this department by around 70%.

Conclusion:
Today, nearly a year on, the client's needs has steadily increased. Data Alike has gone from providing and over-seeing two full-time administrative assistants, to three full-time admin assistants and a full-time supervisor. Bringing the team total to four.
"Like most smaller businesses, we were eager to bring in offshore talent to help combat rising costs and sheer workload. But we didn't feel comfortable relinquising complete control to a giant outsourcing company. What Data Alike provides is ideal, and not easy to come by."
